Course Overview

This is a 2-hour workshop intended for clinical teachers and preceptors from any and all disciplines and specialties. It is part of the interprofessional Clinical Teaching Workshop Series being offered through the IHP Office of Continuing and Professional Development, hosted by the MGH Norman Knight Nursing Center.

Outcomes

 The learner will be able to:
 - Increase self-awareness of stress balancing habits or states
 - Describe 3 methods to build resilience in self and learners
 - Practice techniques in mindfulness


Format

Live workshop will include case analysis and case-based problem-solving in small groups, sharing of information and strategies with colleagues, and feedback from other participants.
