This is a 2-hour workshop intended for clinical teachers and preceptors from any and all specialties. It is the first topic in a series of interprofessional Clinical Teaching Workshops being offered through the IHP Office of Continuing and Professional Development.

Dr. Zeman's main area of expertise is self-management, quality of life, and mindfulness. She is passionate about helping the "helpers" in their work roles in managing compassion fatigue and stress with mindful strategies. Dr. Zeman is also expanding into research in health professional graduate burnout, interprofessional education, and caregiver stress management.
